All of our visits meet the strict Local Authority criteria regarding health, safety and supervision ratios and our students always come back having had a fun, educational experience.
In addition to the residential trips we also offer a wide range of day visits to take learning beyond the classroom. Examples of this are theatre visits, art galleries, places of worship, castles that are linked to the students’ respective houses and sporting fixtures, fashion show.

Payment can be made by cheque, cash or our online payment system 'ParentPay'. If paying for a day trip, then there is normally a one off payment to be made and this should be placed in the trips letterbox located at reception or paid for in full, online.
Paying for Educational Visits
For residential trips, we normally ask for an initial deposit followed by two further payments. This enables parents/carers to spread the cost of the trip over manageable instalments.
Again this can be done online, or if paying by cheque, these payments can be placed in the trips letterbox at Reception. However, if paying by cash, payments should only be made in person to Mrs Evans, in her office during break time. A receipt will be issued for any cash paid.
In all cases, it is very important that the consent form is completed and enclosed with the initial payment and that the envelope in which you make your payment is CLEARLY MARKED with your child’s name and the trip that you are paying for.
All out of school activities are covered by an insurance policy that is purchased from the local authority.
